        I have been attempting to make contact for issues with substance abuse and haven't been able to reach a live phone attendant. My symptoms are becoming reckless in maintaining relationships and I have concerns that there isn't adequate services to address immediate assistance for relapse. I left a message for follow up and appointment 7 days ago and have yet to receive a call back. I wonder why this is so My health is important to me and I would have thought a response for serious issues suh as mine would be met with compassion.

        They barely answer the phone. Making an appointment is useless because you have to make it for months later. Their doctors don't want to do their jobs and act completely unprofessional and incompetent.

        Unprofessional, unresponsive, terrible communication between departments, this place never respects your time and treats you like you have all the time in the day to wait around, dont go if you have other options.
