I was a little nervous coming here after the reviews but I had a great experience. My tests were finished within 2 hours of me being there. Then the nurses were funny and super understanding! I wish I remembered the name! Got my results within 4hrs. I would recommend this place. The fastest ive been discharged with great care!

I was amazed at how coordinated the ER was. The nurses on 5West were awesome. They did things that CNAs were called to do and did not walk away from helping, even if it was not their patient

I was pleasantly surprised! I have heard some pretty bad stories about this hospital but I have nothing but good things to say! The Joliet Paramedics! Top notch! The ER staff, BRENDON, SAM, SAM, VERONICA, all fabulous! Just tell the lady who sprayed air freshener, please don't when people are having a hard time breathing. The 8th floor Nursing, CNA, and respiratory team superb! CNA's Teddy& Zoria keep up the awesome care! Thank you everyone! TRACY

I had a very pleasant experience fast and efficient
To nurses that took care of me was Kelly Adrienne
and Susan ( she was very smart and professional)and Oscar excellent everybody else was also very good just these people stood out for me
I was impressed having heard so many stories about st joes in the past years
I personally have never had a problem
The kitchen staff were so polite and helpful every single one Bravo
The CNA were good the women Shari I had most of the time excellent
The men CNA were a little on the lazy side they did their job begrudgingly
Cleaning woman sunshine was her name was truly a ray of sunshine and excellent and her job

I was taken to St Joes and the ER nurses were just wonderful Vanessa and Emerose kept me informed about the future test estimated time. Then I was taken to the MRI and Tracey the Technician was so nice. I had potentially had a stroke and the care and compassion these 3 ladies had was just what I needed, especially as I was nervous and fearful, they made me feel safe -thank you for your great team work
