We asked repeatedly to have corrections for a name!corrected obviously couldn't be bothered. Hopefully when one of the heir lived one's passes - they get it right. Disrespect.

My sister unexpectedly died. I live in Florida and was not at all familiar with Joliet or any funeral homes in Joliet. I found Carlson Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home online. I thank God that I did, as funeral director Richard Tapella was very kind, patient and helpful. He guided me through everything that I needed to do. I can't thank Richard enough for all he did for me in this terrible situation of my sister's death. I highly recommend Carlson Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Richard Tapella!

Words cant express the gratitude I feel for this company and the kind people that work here. Very professional and understanding of what takes place there. They're very organized and helpful in every aspect. Under their care, my grandma and aunt were laid to rest and treated with the utmost respect. I cant thank them enough for everything.
