TD Custom Framing Solutions

Seems that this guy Tom likes to hire guys in unfortunate circumstances, then not pay them for their services. My Buddy worked for 4 hours for him without the proper paperwork because Tom didnt even show up to do the proper paperwork prior to him working. When my Bud told him he was comfortable working without the proper paperwork Tom wigged out on him, dismissing him without paying him for the 4 hours of work. I dont know but if this guy is treating his workers like this than he probably isnt the right man to do a job with integrity and respect to his customers. Nuff Said.

I want to write this review in hopes of helping potential customers in the future. We had a fantastic initial conversation with Tom about pouring a patio for us at a great price. He came by the house a few times to confirm the layout and we were ready to begin the process. However, he quickly became unresponsive to all of my outreach. All we needed from him was a quote and a drawing of the patio and he would not supply us with the necessary documents to keep the project moving along. He refused to respond to text messages. He ignored my phone calls. He would not reply to emails. He completely ghosted me. I had my wife try calling him from her phone and he answered right away, only solidifying my belief that he was choosing to ignore me. He confirmed with her that he was sorry and he would provide us with everything we needed to move the project along. We initially met in May and he assured me he could get it done early June. Finally, after weeks of outreach we decided to move on to another company, but not before Tom's lack of respect for us not only held up another project that was working hand-in-hand with him, but now we're months out from getting a patio done because we wasted our time with TD Custom Framing Solutions. In closing, I implore you to make sure you have a plan B when dealing with Tom. He was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly, shady.

Dan is incredible. Top quality work, timely and he doesn't stop or take breaks either. I won't call or use anyone else. From major projects to a more handy man job, Dan and his crew are the best.

I have had the please of working directly with Tom and Dan and can say that these guys are great at what they do. They have a truly custom approach and caring attitude that shows in their work. Personable, flexible, and driven are what these guys are like to work with. I'll work with them again.
