Will County Health Department and Community Health Center

Been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours while everyone working is laughing and joking around. Getting paid to do nothing. Its ridiculous. People are sick and nervous waiting in the room while theyre all having a good time. So sad. The appointment desk girls are very rude and unprofessional.

Staff and doctors are friendly ..just wait about 3 hrs for the app that was schduled..and plan to sit in the exam room for and xtra 2 hrs then u can go..im a pay as you get treament thru the VA..the VA sees me quicker now than this place.

treat you like youre a subhuman being. the phone line to book and make appointments is HORRIBLE and prevents me from even wanting to receive proper care. Ive been straight up hung up on multiple times to call back and be met with horrible awful attitudes by the representatives while im looking to book IMPORTANT mental health appointments. The first phone call, before i got hung up on told me i was able to switch my doctor within the building and then when i called back and was met with attitude that was apparently no longer possible which didnt seem true because you should be able to switch to a different doctor within the building if your treatment doesnt seem to work for you. I have dealt with this for a long time from the will county health center and im tired of it.
