Very caring and made you instantly felt comfortable. Drove 2.5 hours to buy my vehicle and they were so accommodating. Would highly recommend this small but wonderful lot!

I brought my car in for a very basic repair and Specialty messed it up. A headlight BULB needed to be replaced. They replaced the bulb but did so poorly that it fell out of its socket and melted the entire headlight housing. That SHOULD be a 1 star review. But I brought it back and complained. They stood behind their work, replacing the entire housing. Had they done that well, I would give 5 stars. But in the new housing, the headlight was not aligned properly and they would not rebalance it. So, just 3 stars. I haven't gone back for service. If they can't safely replace a headlight, how can I trust them with something more difficult? I was impressed they backed their work but they didn't do it as well as they should have.
