        I purchased a new Kioti tractor in June of 2013. The sales dept did a wonderful job. However the service dept has failed since day 1. The tractor was delivered with low front differential fluid. (Keep in mind it was "inspected" by the service dept before delivery) But the salesman was very kind and drove on his own time to fill the differential. Currently the transmission has failed under warranty. I've called several times and was told the tractor would be picked up for repair. Going on 3 weeks later, no call, no pickup. I've asked multiple people about their experience with the service dept. They all had the same terrible experience. If your like me and you want to buy local, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
