I don't think my wife. Susan's teeth have been brushed once in.the 3 yrs since.she has been there. Her once perfect teeth are now in really bad shape. I am very disappointed.

We transferred my mother there and they have been great getting both acclimated!!! They have been so attentive and have provided individualized care and necessary services!

I have a friend who is a permanent resident there. I find very little if anything to criticize. It always seems clean. No obvious things lingering in the air like I have sometimes noticed at other facilities in the past. My friend is happy and has been well. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I was there at lunch time today sitting at a table with three residents and the staff not only delivered their food and drink efficiently, but they also kindly offered me coffee or another drink. Overall, I have been happy with her care.
