About 6 months ago the adjustable pedestal on my wife’s side of out Tempur Pedic bed broke, in the replacement phase, Jessie called and asked if I would like to replace my side at the same time for a reduced price. I declined, not seeing the need to spend an extra $790. Upon delivery after everything was set up, it was discovered that the new pedestal was higher than mine and looked ridiculous, after a few months of looking at this bed, I went to the slumberland store in Jacksonville where I was promptly taken care of by Jessie, and given the same price I was quoted earlier in the year. Jessie also knew my wife was battling lung cancer and came outside to talk with my life and see how she was feeling. I consider this above and beyond and really appreciate this lady. John Marshall
