From start to finish the crew at Kaplan paving was awesome to deal with, out of all the companies we received estimates from they were the ONLY one to answer all the how and why questions and gave a FULL break down of all the work being done, not just 5 lines and a price which is what we got from other companies.
Kelly in the front office was always a pleasure to talk to and always provided us with the answers and information we needed.
Our sales person Bill was very attentive and made us feel welcome and important to him. He took the time to make more than one site visit to answer questions which made us change the scope of the work we had done to better fit our needs.
The crew itself was great too, very polite very responsive and when a question arose they were on top of it and called the office and got the answers before moving forward.
I would definitely recommend using Kaplan to anyone looking and searching for quality paving work. Services: Drainage work, Asphalt paving & repair

They replaced my driveway which due to time and poor gutter drainage had a 3 in. gap between the garage floor and the driveway . The salesman, Robert Kearns, knows his stuff did an excellent job in explaining what would be done and why and the price was very good. Beckie and Kelly in the office helped with contract signing, getting permits and keeping me informed. My driveway looks great and they fixed the gutter drainage so it will not go on to the new driveway. Thank You! Service: Asphalt paving & repair

Your teams for removal and install both went above and beyond what I had expected they were just fantastic to watch work. Every aspect of doing this you folks made easy from the quote, to the sale, and of course all the wonderful office girls that pulled this through and scheduled it all to make it happen! What a great job by everyone - you are all so far ahead of your competition out there! They are not even in your league! None of them do business as professionally as you folks carry yourselves!
I Love it, My wife Loves it, the kids love it, and my neighbors are more than impressed! Many of which have already come to me for your contact info and I told them all to stop looking around at other places and just hire the best value out there in KAPLAN!
