David and Epoch inspections are simply second to none, very thorough job done on 1925 building, David was professional, knowledgable, and prompt in all communication during every step of the way. I couldn't recommend them enough for home or commercial inspections.

They are more competitive than most companies without sacrificing quality or accuracy because they beat the other guys in turnaround time and affordability. And their academic credentials are inferior to none.

We have used Epoch for commercial property inspections in Wisconsin and Illinois. Their reports are detailed and of great quality at an affordable price. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for commercial property inspections.

I rarely write reviews, but recently had a surprisingly exceptional experience with a home inspector that I believe will help others. David Deering was very punctual, professional, fully prepared and ready to work. I have met many inspectors in the past and was very impressed with David’s observational skills and knowledge. He showed great aptitude in easily pointing out issues, possible solutions and honestly answering questions. For example the house had an air condensation unit that was more susceptible in breaking due to its positioning. He explained the mechanical design and how it would break overtime due to such an unleveled platform. He didn't speculate but gave me honest opinions and answers. David’s detail oriented nature may be due to his electrical engineering background. I would HIGHLY recommend David to anyone that is in need of a home inspection. The passion he has for his work is clear when you speak with him or observe him go throughout the entire house, even to really tiny spaces you would think were made for ants!
