This Man Mr. Hamilton is a lier and cheats his tenants and very messy and conducts business like a gangster. He will serve you papers when you are not late on rent. He prays on women and you need an attorney to review his paperwork and illegal lease. He will charge you extra rent and will not wait for payment. Do not negotiate with him with out an attorney. He is a bully and the consumer law group has him on their watch list. Never enter a rent to own contract with him!
