        I have had a terrible time with Pride Cleaners located in the strip mall on the corner of 183rd and Governs Highway.  They took a white pleated dress and ironed all the pleats out. When I complained, the owner said it was a "manufacturer's defect". When I replied hogwash and presented him with my sale invoice which reflected the price paid for the dress, he said ok he would take care of it. I returned weeks later and he told the old same story about not being able to reach the manufacturer. This conversation has been taking place over 3-4 months. I finally told him he needs to replace my dress (wasn't that expensive but it was cute....pleated). He told me to "GET OUT OF HIS SHOP".   REALLY.....no responsibility for DAMAGING my dress!!
