Worst store ever with all of this going on I called to see if they have a product before I go all the way in and I was told by Patrisha that they do not give out inventory information over the phone that I had to come wait outside in line since they are at capacity to see a rep just to ask if they have a Apple Watch GPS only..... Where is the disconnect here? People are told to stay home and she want me to wait outside? Why does sprint do this??? ATT&T you just got a new customer alone with 7 added lines. Bye Sprint I hope T-Mobile know what they are getting into.

Very bad experience. Will not go in this store ever again!! Sales people have been trained to act like they are giving you the deal of the century and you are not. I kept asking during the entire sales pitch how much I would have to put down, how much I would have to pay monthly before I purchased and they waited until the phone was in my hands and said there would be a 43.00 change in my bill. The salesperson finally said walking out the door I had to pay $228.00 and it will not be on my bill and I later found out after I called sprint that my bill went up $90.00!! I was devastated. I couldn’t even enjoy my phones. Then they chuckled behind the counter about how they swindled me. I was sick to my stomach. Never again. I didn’t even know salespeople like that still existed! Buy your phone over the Internet.
