They answer calls fairly quickly when you schedule a procedure, but try to get someone to answer your call when you want to get a copy of your radiology report. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a live person to talk to and finally gave up. I had to drive for a half hour to pick up my report even though I had requested it be mailed two and one half weeks before. Really bad service once they've made their money on you!

I was left suffering after spinal surgery by a pain specialist who I have never met or hired. This is in complete violation of The Illinois Patient Bill of Rights. He never communicated anything with me, did'nt explain any proposed treatments, and I just found out his name at 11pm after major surgrey. Super Dave is a pain specialist randomly assigned to me by this hospital. Kinda sucks as my neurosurgeon is linked to Alexian and an excellant doctor!! a) The right of each patient to care consistent with sound nursing and medical practices, to be informed of the name of the physician responsible for coordinating his or her care, to receive information concerning his or her condition and proposed treatment

I would advise anyone who had a negative experience at this facility to please report them to the Illinois Medical Board. Also write a letter to your local State Representative or Congressman or Congress woman. Facility blocked me from visiting my daughter. Played mind games when I showed up. Never told my daughter that I tried to visit or that I'd called multiple times to check on her. They used the privacy laws to keep her in the facility until they exhausted her BCBS insurance. Isolated her for an entire month which worsen her anxiety, and symptoms. Then they used the State's Attorney to force her to be medicated against her will in order to continue to get paid until ultimately BCBS stopped paying. Now that their money scam ran its course, they finally contact me to pick her up. Jen Lopez hangs up on me because I have a bad disposition when I hear she's being released. I say, "Oh, now you're calling the sane parent with a vehicle to come get her now that the insurance ran out. Her response is no. Well that's exactly why you called. Unprofessional person who has no business in an industry which in my opinion requires patience and empathy. Jen again in my opinion has neither quality. She had my daughter transfer to a homeless shelter in Evanson by ambulance strapped down. And now their harassing her father and her to fill out COBRA paperwork to cover the bills that BCBS didn't cover. Sick! Their practices in my opinion are unethical and only geared toward making the most money possible for the facility at your loved one's expense. My daughter spent 2 nights in the homeless shelter before I rushed to go and retrieve her. After being traumatized by their facility, you send her to a "Mental Health Clinic" in Evanston which in actuality is a homeless shelter be traumatized again while waiting to get in touch with me. They knew for certain that she's wasn't homeless but choose to dump her in a homeless shelter when she was no longer any benefit to their bottom line. All her electronics (iPhone and iWatch) were taken while at their facility. I know this since she had the Guardian app on her phone which indicated that both items pinged at their facility while she was there. Of course, those items were not logged as being in her possession when checked in. So either your guilty or your employees are thieves and you're unaware. I'll be filling a police report with Hoffman Estates in the coming days with the IMEI # for her phone along with the serial # for the watch. Advise your staff to Not sell items just keep them since they'llbe of no use since T-mobile has them listed as stolen. Anyone who has a loved one at this facility, in my opinion is making a grave decision. My daughter is still recovering from their care and still having nightmares from being there for 2 months. I'm making it my mission to get the laws changed in Illinois so greedy "behavior health centers" like this facility can no longer use HIPPA as a weapon against family members to keep your family members for their financial gain.

Things could be fine in the first place if the health department was working properly. Talk about places that neglect or abuse older people. Huge mistake- This is a much worse part and a crime. Do you accept that for yourself - a reminder that you will get older too. Your parents? if you care about your parents or family members. This place needs much of follow up regarding the cares of cleaning - lack of service- misinformation. who wants the bad health? only who treat the health with Bad, humanity is not a word but an action. There is no Covid it is a disease of the human brain. unfortunately. Treating people with kindness and care must start at a higher level in the Ministry of Health. If this is not available in our country we must close all hospitals in every weak countries. Stay safe if you can.
