I am very happy with Dr. Liss and his staff. Very helpful, very responsive to my e mails. His polish assistant called me after the oral surgery to make sure my son was doing good. My son had a tooth infection and I called all possible oral surgeons that day in the area to get my 5 yo son for an emergency procedure- he was the only oral surgeon that called us back and took us in. Highly recommend.

This is the best dentist office ever!!! Marsha is the most outstanding as well, she helped me with an headache of an insurance problem and Dr. Liss is simply the best in the business. I wasted an hour of their time with my insurance problems and they still gave me great service and fixed my mouth!!! Urszala is the absolute best also!!!

I went to Dr. Liss’ office to have three wisdom teeth removed. Each tooth had its own appointment. The first two, on my upper jaw, went very smoothly. The third however went not so great. I needed my bottom right molar removed, the tooth under it exposed, and a tube bracket put on. He told me during the procedure that he didn’t have such a bracket but he put something else on anyways. Afterwards, nothing healed properly. My mouth looked like a mangled mess and to top it off I had an infection. When we called about this infection he said to just flush it out. No antibiotics were proscribed to me. When we went to my orthodontist we were told that he couldn’t do anything because the wrong bracket was put on and it wasn’t exposed enough, to no one’s surprise. He said that if Dr. Liss’ needed a tube bracket then he should call him so he can supply he with one. So back we went to Dr. Liss’ office once more. When we arrived I specifically told him that if he needed a tube bracket that he should call my orthodontist so he could supply him with one. Do you want to know what his response was? He said that he would not call him! I don’t understand why but he said no. He said that the chain would’ve been fine and said that he could numb me up and expose it again. I had to act quick so I had to come up with an excuse so I said that we should plan this with my orthodontist and so that was the last time we went there. Currently I have had another procedure to correct what was done incorrectly and I’m in great pain... again... for the fourth time. Hopefully that was my last procedure. The moral of the story is that if you need ONLY your wisdom teeth removed than go here it’s perfect, but if you need something more go somewhere else especially if he says he doesn’t have the part but he’ll do it anyways. Other things that bothered me was that the numbing process was terrible. The first time I didn’t get that numbing swab that numbs you before you get the numbing shots. Another thing, this oral surgeon does not offer laughing gas or put you to sleep, or at least I was not made aware of these as options. You are aware for the entire time. Especially when he cuts the tooth out. My body went on full lockdown mode tensing up and sweating. The other thing that made the entire ordeal nerve racking is that the teamwork between the doctor and the seemingly only nurse is that they were very uncoordinated. Sometimes the nurse didn’t do something right and the doctor had to correct her. I don’t even remember the first two procedures because this third one has caused us so many problems.
