        I contacted Joe Block about renting a Bucket Truck after another company's offer fell through. They were able to find me a last minute truck, when it seemed there were no other trucks available. Joe was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all my emails and phone calls. I definitely plan on using their services many times in the future.

        Joe Block and all staff at Runnion are amazing to work with! From the first call made to them all the way to returning the rental truck was easy, streamlined, well priced, and just overall a great experience! This is not easy to say in this industry. There are not many large companies any more that still operate like a small business that smiles, shakes a hand, is willing to answer questions and educate the customer...Luckily there is Runnion and Joe Block who bring the customer service back in this fast paced world! Thanks for always being kind and willing to help us at Santa's Helpers Inc. The Hodgkins location has our business and loyalty!
