Hes okay defending predators. If you send proof of whats going on, he says you are harassing him. We will be seeing him and his client in court.
Real tired of the world blaming victims of abuse for their reactions to the abuse. If this is how lose his moral compass is with representing predators, I can only imagine who else he is willing to take on as clients. This is unethical and I will see that this is reviewed.

Michael Schiffman made our divorce far more complicated than it needed to be.  After a while, it struck me that the proceedings were taking far, far longer than those of any of our peers that I consulted. We had numerous, seemingly unnecessary, depositions and a great many motions that appeared only to prolong our presence in the court system - not to move forward in a meaningful way. My children suffered great harm during these protracted events. The divorce did come surprisingly abruptly - literally once the bank account went to zero. Looking back, I do not feel that my family was prioritized. This is partially our fault because we assumed that this was a given due to his fiduciary responsibilities. We were desperately hoping for economy and expediency. I advise, in the strongest terms, find a different attorney.

Michael Schiffman is the best family attorney anyone could ask for. He was able to get me what I wanted. I had a very difficult case that lasted a long time. Mr. Schiffman is a smart and strong attorney. He also listens extremely well and treated my case like it was his most important case. He always has great follow up as well. I highly recommend Schiffman Family Law.
