USA Vein Clinics

The doctors and nursing staff in the Naperville office were great. When you schedule your apt. with the corporate office, they neglect to tell you that USA Vein Clinics does not send out invoices and that it is the patient's responsibility to call the corporate office to see what your balance due is. They also only give you a year to payoff your balance. They have no problem throwing you into collections if the balance is not paid in a year even if you are making monthly payments per the arrangement. DO NOT go to this company. There are many other great companies out there to treat veins. USA Vein Clinic is a horrible company. They shouldn't even get one star due to their shady practices in corporate but i had to give one star in order to submit my review

Horrible! Corporate is ridiculous. Cannot call an office direct without going thru corporate and they also want to schedule appointments. Why is this bad just took half a day off to find out my appt was cancelled. All the while corporate is texting me twice this week once at 5:00 the day before my appt. to remind me of my appt. In fairness, the local office called to cancel the day before but I rarely answer unknown numbers. Corporate also misinformed me about an earlier appt. which was supposed to be a vein scan but it turns out if you have not been in 3 years you must go thru a worthless screening. Hey, it would have been nice to have been informed of that. It has been a comedy of errors just trying to have a procedure done. In addition, my appt was cancelled because insurance had not yet been approved. Well, it's approved now the day of my appt. So someone probably filed it late with the insurance company but that is just conjecture.
