I was lucky enough to be recommended to this place and I'm very glad I came in. Teodora took the time to come up with the best treatment for my sensitive skin. She was very kind, pleasant, and gentle while working on my face. I had 2 face peels done by her and my skin felt amazing after each time. Looking forward to going again. She's awesome!

Teodora is amazing! She has done facials on a lot of the ladies I know, and they all love her. She's very gentle with her hands & she definitely knows what she is doing. I had milia on my face, and she got rid of it! I also did micro needling with her and I got awesome results. My face looks much healthier now. There was essentially no down time after the treatment. I was a little red for the hour following the procedure, but that was it!

Excellent services & highly professional staff! Teodora is the BEST esthetician! The entire staff is trained & guided under the esteemed & highly skilled, board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Bloch!!!I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Bloch & Teodora for many years. I've had many non-invasive procedures that have made my skin appear several years younger than my true age.-I'm actually a former surgical nurse that specialized in plastic surgery, so I'm qualified to identify true skill as consistently demonstrated by this establishment, Dr. Bloch, & his staff. Women & men ... Please book an appointment & learn from these experts on how to properly care for your skin (& body) by Skin Deep Medical Spa! You definitely won't be disappointed. *The complaint I read here is obviously froma person who didn't do their homework. Before undergoing any procedure, you should always do your "due diligence". This person caused the issues in their own actions - certainly not reflective of this establishment.

This place is absolutely terrible! I came in for a scheduled hair removal consultation and was not brought into a private room and told about treatment options, but ushered into a chair right across from her table (open to the public) and asked when I wanted to book my first appointment. I had to point to the brochures and get her to talk to me about my options, to which she just handed me the brochures and told me I could read them when I left. But she got me. She told me that it was not painful. So, in my stupidity, I booked my appointment. She welcomes me and has me lie on a table. Then uses a razor to ged rid of the hair on my face. Only problem is, she acts like I came late and that she's in a hurry, shaving faster that I've every seen/heard anyone shave anything. She nicks me (my face, mind you) quite a few times, so I literally have 2 scratches on my face, about half an inch long, one that drew blood. She completely ignores this of course.The procedure was EXTREMELY painful (despite her quip "No, it's not painful at all..."), and she did not offer ANY sort of numbing topical medication (that is often offered for these services). Only when I was literally crying and squirming like a little kid on a table (for about 5-7 minutes) did she leave the room and come back with an ice pack so she could numb me a little before proceeding. HOW COULD SHE NOT HAVE DONE THAT WITHIN THE FIRST MINUTE OF ME SQUIRMING IN ABSOLUTE PAIN??!! This was honestly the most painful thing I've ever done to myself. No waxing, piercing, tattooing could beat this. Anyways, my face was completely red and enflamed after the appointment, and I was obviously embarrassed to leave. I asked how long it would take to go away, and she said, "An hour or two; you're not going anywhere NOW are you?" Can't believe I went back a few more times, but I was smart enough to bring a friend to watch this torture, as well as ask for an ice pack so I could numb myself before she began. I would never EVER recommend this place and terminated my treatment after a few sessions AND SOME TERRIBLE ACNE from these treatments! Had to go to a dermatologist to fix that.. I would give this place a 0 star if I could.
