Consider yourself lucky if you read these reviews. Even all these warnings aren't enough. He'll show up at victims houses to get the pre-pay money and disappear. Steven procanin knocked on my parents door and had them pre pay for the season. He never showed up to plow and ghosted. Didn't respond to any of the phone calls, text messages, and emails. This company doesn't even exist officially anymore, the corporation dissolved in 2017.If you're lucky enough to read these reviews, do not give money to him. My parents weren't so lucky and he preys on the elderly.

This guy is a not a good person.  We prepaid for the whole plow season (don't do that either).  He crashed his plow into our garage, which is stucco.  We have it on film and he came out and agreed he hit it (also on film).  Never responded again to our calls.  We have to have a court case to get our money for repair.  He will tell you he was sick and in the hospital, etc, etc, and then you feel sorry for him.  He is really a horrible person.

Steve was a big help! Got the driveway plowed at a very reasonable price. Responsive when I reached out - went above and beyond, actually. Will hire again.

This guy is a crook. Beware. Do not "pre pay" for any services! You will never see your beautiful cash again-- nor will you see Edit- our money was returned by the Deerfield Police. Steven is still at large!

Great company, Steve follows through with all their work. Besides handling all of our landscaping, they now handle our snow plowing. Thanks again Steve!!
