I was about to work with someone else when Lidia reached out to say she could stage my home sooner. I was elated! She did not disappoint. Not only did she stage my property beautifully, but she shared some other things I could do to help my home sell. I definitely recommend and would use her again.

Lidia is great to work with. She has done the majority of decorating and furniture suggestions/purchases for our Townhouse. The best part is that she was able to get us a great discount on furnishings and decorating pieces. She was able to understand what look I was going for and the colors I liked. She coordinated all off the contractors that I needed for the job and took care of everything else. Even when I couldn't be home for a job, she was there to direct everything and make sure things went as planned. Throughout each step of the design process, she presented excellent options that were always within our budget. She has excellent sense of color and pattern, she understands how to design spaces. Each of her subcontractors was outstanding and added to the success of our design. We are looking forward to our next project with her.
