I RARELY do reviews, but the owners of this experienced, professional "Mom and Pop shop" are the nicest people on Earth. They work with you and give you a break if they can. I will never go anywhere else - ever.
I've always dealt with the guy named "Ryan". He's the "office manager" (I think), but also does estimates, and he even fixed my fender a while back. The man does it all, and is smart and polite.
Large or small, easy or complex, cash or insurance, they do it fast, they do it well, and they do it at minimum cost. They've literally saved me thousands of dollars over the years.
I'd hope that, in 2021, the public will support independent small family businesses like Murray's. My family (8 grandkids 🤪) ALWAYS uses Murray's because we get high quality, fast, and professional service, WITHOUT being "taken advantage of", if you don't know much about car repairs (us).
SO THANKS, Mr. and Mrs. Cullum (and Ryan), for putting "the little guy" first and your bank account a distant second. You guys are the best! Happy New Year!
