        I went there Friday afternoon (Nov. 15) to shop for a new phone. Bad idea. The clerk was sort of indifferent to begin with. Then when I asked if they had any no contract phones specifically the Nexus 5 the guy told me it started at $700 bucks even though elsewhere it's $350. Flabbergasted I asked if he was sure and that's when the attitude began. He "recommended" that I shop somewhere else. Way ahead of him.

        I've always appreciated that if I have questions about any electronics, these folks will provide me with good guidance. I can't say that about Best Buy.
