Picture Perfect Photography

At first i was told my photo's would be done within a couple days. Then it was i'll send them to you tomorrow. And thats the last time she replied to me. That was three days ago. It went from 3 days, to 7, now 10 days later im starting to wounder if she just took the money. I understand people get busy, but not contacting the customer about a deadline you set is unprofessional.
update: i was contacted about the difficulty of the photo's, relayed another timeline, and offered my money back. The only reason i gave three starts is because of the communication issue. Would have been 5 starts if the diffculties had been relayed better. May become 5 stars dependant on quality of pictures recieved.
