My friends and I used to come here when wooded hills first opened and we started callimg it "ROOKIES" ever since, always bad service and always out of foods and drinks. Nothing's changed, still seems like they got the employees that Morello's wouldn't hire or fired. Now named "The Hills", still the same old place. We came in at lunch, 12:30 and just a dozen people there. 5 to 10 minutes to get a drink ordered, served in plastic solo cups. We ordered and waited, no music playing or anything in there. Just a burger and nachos we ordered. Before it had a huge menu that they were trying to do to keep up with the competition across the street. Now it has a simple 1 page menu that should have made orders fly out the kitchen and make food quality go up since they can concentrate on making a few quality items well. 30 minutes later, everyone else in the restaurant had left, just the workers there. Another 15 minutes later still no food, no "sorry, the food is almost done" or "the cook went to the grocery store" nothing, no communication. We ended up walking out after 1:30, an hour later with no food. Maybe next time they redo it it will be different but I doubt it. Another "could be awesome" place but even with the limited menu it's a perpetual failure.
