Kaitlyn is a pleasure to work with, and we are thrilled with the end result (basement project). She took the time to listen to us, gave us great suggestions, and incorporated our feedback along the way. She placed orders on our behalf and worked quickly with vendors to replace anything that was delivered damaged. The best part of all – her and her team came to set up the furniture, hang the wall art, and put the finishing touches on everything (she even steamed our throw pillow cases) so we simply walked down to a finished basement. I hired Kaitlyn for interior design/decorating services - and I couldn’t be happier! Together we were able to figure out a new flow for my house, switching around entire rooms in order to get the right feel. In addition to laying out a plan, showing me 3D models and mood boards, Kaitlyn provided me with shopping lists to save me time (who doesn’t need more of that) all while keeping it in my budget. Always friendly and bubbly, communicative and easy to work with, I highly recommend Kaitlyn for any interior design or decorating needs!
