Bruce Burklow and REMAX Deal Makers are an absolute gem. He is incredibly accessible and goes above and beyond in supporting his clients in their process. We felt that Bruce was exceptionally thoughtful about what was right for us. He stood out for his integrity and for his willingness to honestly and carefully assess the pros and cons of each place we considered. We also have the highest regard for Bruce's ability to put his buyers' interests ahead of his team's interests. We felt that we could put complete confidence in his opinions and suggestions. What's more, we really appreciated that he backed up many of his assessments with statistics and facts about the local real estate market, e.g., the average price per square foot within the comps of a neighborhood. One of the reasons that Bruce is able to focus his attention on the match between client and property is that he has an outstanding team that is ready and available to help with the logistics of everything from signing COVID paperwork to joining the client for a repeat visit to a property to lining up experts for inspections. We particularly appreciated how efficient and responsive everyone was during COVID and during the holidays. When it came time to make an offer, we felt even more thankful for Bruce's connections within Hampshire and his depth of knowledge of the market. We felt like we were able to move forward with confidence on making the best offer that matched our needs and the seller's requirements. Finally, we want to express that Bruce is amazing in everything that's intangible. Words cannot describe how lucky we have been to work with Bruce with Remax Deal Makers. We are first-time buyers and Bruce did a great job of educating us thoroughly on the home buying process at our first meeting. He is extremely prompt at responding to any texts/emails/calls - no matter what time of the day or night it is! Bruce was very flexible about booking showings that fit our schedules, including weekends. The best trait about Bruce is that he will never be pushy or pressure you into considering a place. In fact, he will actually steer you away from something that he feels will not meet your criteria or knows if it is a bad investment - even it if meant a loss of sale. And finally, when we found THE place, he was available for numerous viewings. Bruce gave us his feedback about the building, provided us with comps for sales in the area, and showed us a market analysis to justify his opinion. He also contacted the building management to get answers to our questions. He is an excellent agent! I highly recommend Bruce and I know we will definitely go back to him in the future - whether we sell or buy.
