Our waitress was HORRIBLE!!! We went around 4, so we were in jeans and shirts, not really dressed up and with our grandson. First, I ordered sparkling water to drink and shared with my grandson and asked her to get him a kitty cocktail and she said he really likes that and your going to ruin it with a kitty cocktail? Do not tell me what my grandson should be drinking!!!!! Got our drinks after 15 minutes of ordering. Then another couple came in, guy in a suit and tie and lady in dress pants really pretty top, didn't see our waitress for about 20 minutes as we watched her cater to the new couple that came in. Finally came and took our order, we ordered the mac n cheese for our 3 year old grandson. About 40 minutes later we received our food. There were maybe 6 tables occupied. The mac n cheese isn't made with a cheese that little kids like, it's more geared towards adults but it was on the kids menu. He didn't like it and spit it out. ordered another beer, didn't see her for 15 minutes and when she finally came back, no beer, asked again. 10 minutes got it, she asked how everything was and why he wasn't eating his mac n chees and I said he don't like it he spit it out, she walked away and didn't offer anything else. Then comes back about 20 minutes later and says would he like his dessert now it comes with his meal? WHAT! he hasn't eaten dinner, no he would not like his dessert now! So she says would you like a dessert menu and I said yes. 15 minutes she walks by our table about 3 times, nothing. I ended up asking the waitress in training for the menu, the lady brings it over and hovers over me waiting for me to order. Asked for a box for the dessert cause it came out about the size of half a cake. 20 minutes later finally got the box and paid and then went home and fed our grandson dinner. The food really wasn't anything to write home about either. Tried it and we are good not to go back.

I went with my Co-workers for our Christmas Party. I loved my co workers and I liked the goat cheese appetizer but the place wasn't as pretty. I would rather go to Salutos for better service and food. The Alfredo was just butter really. Wouldn't go ever again unless someone asked.

The food was very good, but the service was very slow. We waited 15 min for the waitress to greet us and order our drinks. Then our entree came out 10 min before our wine that was a pairing suggestion.

The restaurant was warm and nicely redecorated from the previous place. Lasagnas portions were enormous! Food was fresh, quickly prepared and Delicious. We were always attended to and always had what we needed. Service was flawless. We will be back.

Perhaps our expectations weren't aligned with the owners'. Although the server was very customer-focused, the service was slow. (3.5 hours for a 4 course meal for 4 people) The atmosphere was far too loud if your plan is a dinner with people you want to have a conversation with. The food was very flavorful. With so many restaurant choices...it'll be a long while before we return.
