Dr. Melanie Kovacs was amazing she helped me out with getting my vision to the right prescription! She made sure she knew my history and explained everything I really needed! I also was helped by Julissa who helped me pick out my eyewear and was super helpful and kind. I really enjoyed coming here and didn’t feel like just another patient. The hours are great and I like how they had the option to book your appointment! I was also helped right away with a greeting and didn’t have to wait long to get serviced!

3 times theyve made lenses and all 3 have different issues and I cannot wear them. Either the lab is not making what the dr. prescribed or the prescription is off. 3 times and I am now going somewhere else as none of the glasses could i use. all have different issues. 2nd set i waited over a month for. Not happy at all. will not go back or recommend.

I gave them my original prescription from a different vendor to this place but they misplaced it, and didn't make an attempt to retrieve it. So I had to get a copy of the prescription from the other vendor. When I went to pick up my glasses, the receptionist was having a loud friendly chat with a friend on the phone, and continued her chat without even backnowledging me.

Horrible customer service! After being stalked to come in and spend my hard earned money! I was met by some creature whom made it very clear I was early! Then demanded I wear one of their masks! I came in wearing a mask that was more protective then the one she tried to give but she didn’t ask why! In a very smug tone told me I couldn’t be seen ! I’m certified by John Hopkins University in COVID-19. I will never spend another dime with this company again because of her! Clearly she was having a bad day ! But the other day when I came in and made the appointment she said nothing of the sort!
