        Been staying at this ESA in gurnee since January 2024. My stay here has been pleasant. ESA gurnee staff is awesome. Destiny is very professional and helpful. She always smiling and ready to assist anyone with their comfortable stay at ESA Gurnee. Lavarious is also very professional and helpful when it comes to customer comfortable stay at ESA Gurnee. Brian the manager is polite, professional and always ready to assist customers with a comfortable stay at ESA. He always making sure each room has been inspected and up to parts for the next guest. I'm still here at ESA Gurnee and I do recommend staying at this ESA. The location is close to food and transportation. For the record there is no tolerance for criminal activies at this ESA. Which I love the most. I work rotating hours and so far from my experience I give ESA Gurnee 5 's . Thank you ESA Gurnee for my comfortable experience your housekeeper Ket is awesome as well she make sure the rooms are throughly cleaned and sanitized. The hallways are always clean and smelling good due to ESA staff

        Me and my family enjoyed our stay here at the extended stay in gurnee. Very clean. We loved the grab breakfast. Destinee and Lavarius were very kind, polite and served great hospitality. Brian was really cool and on point with my weekly reservation I appreciate you all so much. Thank you would most definitely book again.

        Stayed for a week on travels, the rooms are rather spacious, with full size fridge, microwave, stove top, there doesnt seem to be much noise at all down the halls. Brian and Bryan are really down to earth and helpful, definitely made the stay more homey. Great place for a few day stay or a week overall.
