        I made a special order on a ring for a quinceaera online. It arrived in 2 weeks, wrong size!!! They said theyll take care of it and return it and guaranteed I will get the right size on time (2 weeks from the time it was returned). The day before the big day, I went to the store because I was getting the run around over the phone. They didnt have my ring ready, said I will get it Im a couple days (after the event) but we loved the ring that decided to wait. Its been now 3 weeks and nothing! I called today and they tell me they received my order, but it was an empty book! So now I have to wait another 2 weeks for my ring to arrive. Never again!!!

        Bought a ring and I make payments each month ! And getting charged as if I never made ANY payments. Frank claimed he was going to fix this and NEVER DID . Worse jewelry place to shop at! Don’t waste your money here . Closing my account. All they do is take your money! Worse employees here aswell ( Gurnee mills location)
