I love the doctors and staff along side the doctors. So knowledgeable and helpful. I knew I was coming to the right place!!!! I didnt give 5 stars however because the receptionists (please note not all) are very rude when communicating that a doctor is running late. There is a way to communicate and a way to not communicate to patients. What I witnessed this morning was poor patient service and leaving patients feeling it was their fault the doctor is late.

Dr Chams was great, he made sure I understood the procedure and manged my expectations. On top of this, Dr. Chams and team made sure to follow up and make sure I am doing well and recovering. I hope to never get hurt again, but if I do, I will be going back to Dr. Chams.

Dr. Chams is by far the best surgeon I have ever met in my lifetime. Back in 2015 I suffered a bad rotator cuff injury at work that required extra treatment to fix a torn muscle. He did an amazing job and all is fine to this day. That's why this week I went right to him when I suffered another injury last month for another tear on the other shoulder. There's no one whom I trust more than him .
