I came here about a year ago for back pain. I went to all of my appointments for about a year but didn't find consistent relief to my problem. While the Dr. Jason and the office staff are friendly the 'in-and-out' nature of the appointments leaves much to be desired. It feels very much like they are trying to get in as many patients as possible. I didn't feel like my treament was very personalized.
When you enter and check-in you immediately go to a automated traction table for a few minutes. Then when you're done you go into one of three half-wall sections of the room to get your adjustment and that's it. Most of my appointments were done in under 7 minutes. While I'd feel good immediately after the adjustment within an hour my back would bother me again. When I finally started seeing another chiropractor in town, I learned my back problem was due to an extremely tight muscle. Within one session I finally found consistent relief and within 12 weeks I saw significant progress in correcting the curvature in my neck and back. The muscle tightness was something that I think should have been caught especially for as many times as I complained about this particular spot.
Other things to note...
You have to do check-ups every about quarter. You are placed in a room with the x-ray machine to watch a short video and then one of the office staff (and I don't know how qualified they are) assesses your posture. This felt very closed off and not helpful. I'd often check my phone while the video played.
The office staff seems to turn over frequently. In one year I dealt with 5 different office personnel. I'm not so sure of their medical background.
The hours are limited. If you need an adjustment it is offered M-Th from 9:30am-12pm and 3pm-6pm. Not much choice for those who work full time.
Quite honestly for as much as you pay each month it should include more than about 30 minutes of total work over that time. The people there are nice but I feel like I wasted a year.
