I came in to the ER with horrible pain under my right rib. Being my third hospital trip (first 2 at different hospital) & they finally figured out what was wrong. My nurse Annette was amazing! she really made me feel like she actually cared and was there for me. reminded me a lot of my mom & grandma. she made me feel like i was going to be okay. i had to get my appendix removed and all the nurses involved with that were incredible. i was freaking out a little being my first surgery, first time under anesthesia and being completely alone, but they made me feel like i wasn’t. my nurse after surgery was Janice. and she was also amazing. checked on me frequently, made sure i had everything i needed and helped me a whole lot. although i had a really rough day i’m glad i had the nurses i had. they were wonderful & thank you for taking such good care of me ❤️❤️❤️

One thing that I would like to make perfectly clear is that this facility runs on I would like to call a three strike system. Basically if you call off to many times, they will boot you from the program: with the exception on if the reason for calling they feel is valod enough not to count it againat you. This seems okay on paper, until you see what they did to me. Strike one: The doctor in question had their own family emergency of some sort and they had to reschedule me. Sounds good. I excused them. Wished them luck.... But in return, that strike was somehow counded againat ME! Strike two: I called, telling them that I had to take my child to the childrens hospital because she suddenly broke out in a rash. I asked if it was okay, and the clerk saod it was excusable since it was s true emergency. Strike three: Today at about 11am, I was admitted into the hospital for chest pains and shortness of breath. Thia was something that the hospital took me in for imidiately before they even had My name and details. Like as SOON as I walked in the door, I was rushed in the back kind of trouble. The thjng is, my appointment at the physical therapist was at 3. I knew I couldnt make the appointment, so I had messaged a friend over discord to call in amd tell them I was in the ER across the street. Apparently that wasnt good enough, and they booted me from the program, despite how telling me twice that everything was fine, only to be laying in the ER and get the news that they removed me from their program. What kind of sick people would do that to someone who is in a hospital bed hooked up to several machines? Did they expect me to walk pver there in a town limping dragging unpluhged mahines behind me or something? The dumbest part about all pf this is that they saod I wouod need a docgors note to be resubmitted to their program. Heres an idea: If these people are to careless to follow their signed contract, heartless to keep their promised words, and feel entitled to the point to making it feel like you walking though their doors is like a grace from the heavena above--- then no thanks. I would gladly go elsewhere, where the client will actually be respected. To note, this has nothing to do with the lady who was seek g me, but I am putting the blame fully on thr clerk. If I ran a buisness likw that, I would fire them at once. I hope you all would find this review refreshing, and steer clear of this train wreck.
