Went in there a few weeks ago and the staff was so helpful! I was nervous about buying new frames after I broke my old ones, and I wanted ones that fit my face shape because I absolutely hate wearing glasses but the staff there helped me find the perfect frames, and generally made me feel so much better about the whole process. They always made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole thing! I'm definitely going there again for my next eye check up.

Update: I've been fighting to get my insurance reinstated to me, but they processed the order and said they can't because it is a custom order. They had processed the order when I told them not to and they had said it was fine to cancel, they just couldn't do a refund. So which is it? You can cancel an order and give credit for a different order in the future, or you can't? Because you keep giving contradictory information.
Went in, people were nice and all. Only went in because 50% off frames and lenses. Turns out no, it's 50% off OR insurance not both. Okay whatever. After insurance it was 365 which dude was like "what a great price" and no, it isn't. Made and my order left.
Found out I had to actually change my insurances, and I forgot to bring my supplementary insurance that doesn't do reimbursement so I canceled the order I had. But no, they don't do refunds. Nothing was sent for the order, it's sunday. So nothing has been processed, yet they can't do a refund. They can credit my account they said, which means they're not giving my money back, they're keeping it so I can go to their over priced scamming store.
I also want to make a key point. I did not do my eye exam here, so I'm not asking for a refund on services they've done. Only the goods I had decided I did not want at this time. So the "No refund" is illogical. No one ever said that refund were not done either. I've never been to a place where they didn't inform the customers that refunds wasn't something they could do prior to the purchase. It's an understanding among consumers that refunds are accepted unless otherwise stated. It was not stated or informed reason as to why a refund couldn't be done.

My wife and I have been coming here for maybe 3 years. We've gotten glasses from here before. Unfortunately their refund policy is terrible. I placed an order for safety glasses, paid ~$50 for them to replace/fix it in case it gets damaged. The next day I get a call from pearle vision saying the safety glasses I ordered are discontinued.
So they wanted me to choose another pair. I wasn't happy with their selection so I asked if I could get a refund instead. The woman on the phone did not answer my question, she just said to come back in.
I called again later, spoke to the manager about a refund and they wouldn't do it. Instead of the hassle of dealing with it, I just caved. They may have gotten my money but they have lost my business for years to come.
I could tell the employees were a bit hessitant to tell me about the refund policy, but they were just doing their job.
It was very unprofessional of them to have glasses out on display, charge me, then say they are discontinued and not be able to give me a refund.
I'm in a point in my life where I don't want to keep switching optometrists, dentists, doctors, etc. I want to feel comfortable with who I see and I'm definitely not comfortable with pearle vision.
