I asked Tim to come out to take a look at our electrical panel to give us an estimate on work that was found during inspection. Tim walked me through what could be done now and what he proposed to. He provided a rapid and reasonable qoute for the work.

Tim's very professional and also has very reasonable pricing. He came and checked and gave me a good estimate for installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet for a level 2 charger. Everything was done on time and professionally after we scheduled. My charger was out of stock so about a week later when I finally got it and started to charge, the breaker would always trip after about 3 mins of charging. Emailed Tim and he responded quickly and came back during his packed schedule and was able to troubleshoot that it was a faulty breaker and switched it out for me. Everything works perfectly now. Professional, knowledgeable and fair. Initially we called A-Phase to do an inspection after some electrical concerns in our first house purchase. Tim quoted us one number for an inspection, then after reviewing the house, dropped the price to his basic house call price due to how small and easy of a job it was for him. He did find a few issues that we later called him in for in addition to some other work. Tim did an excellent job and was very patient with my questions as a curious new home owner. We had one major issue arose several weeks after the work was done, so we emailed Tim. He came out during a lunch break between jobs the very next day, he identified the issue, explained what was going on, which turned out to be related to a bad DIY job by the previous owner, and despite the fact the issue was not due to his previous job, fixed up the issue for us before moving onto his next job.
