We were visiting from San Antonio TX, and all the Dickey's here closed down. We found out this one was close to where we were and decided to drop in. Bad experience, they were out of everything except Brisket and turkey, only sides were fries, green beans, and potato salad. The Brisket was cold, fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil and the free ice cream supposed to taste like vanilla, it tasted like ice, no flavor. And NO, it was not close to closing time.

Place opens at 11am, show up at 11:10am with nobody to be found. Employee comes out and says they're not open until 1130. Door says 11am and the door was open. What's going on with this place? Good food, poor experience.

THEIVES!!!! I placed an order on 1/28/2019 online just to receive a call telling me that they can not fulfill my order due to snow. My order was approximately $28 that I paid using my credit card. Several days later they pocketed my money and have not returned it. SHAME ON YOU! I called and conveniently the manager is out and will be gone for several hours according to the employee who just started working there and has NO WAY of getting hold of the manager. So if the place burns down or there’s an accident or emergency, the manager can not be notified according to this employee. Also, the employee just started and is new and he is the ONLY ONE in the establishment. No one else is there. So this man is the cook, the busboy, the dishwasher, the server, the cashier...he is now MR DICKEY of all the Dickies. Really? This place should be called “Dick Heads” for having an incompetent manager who comes and goes as she pleases, and employees that lie. Give my back my money!!!!
