Wow. Ive been here about 3 times now and each time has been a well-informed and extremely pleasant experience. Each time I went there, it a different reason I came in with and the staff was wonderful each time. I saw different people each visit and yet the experience was always great, cleanly, and professional. I would highly recommend this facility to someone every time they need any type of immediate care.

The PA I saw and the nurses were all very kind. However, I had made an appointment at 440 pm and was still sitting in the waiting room at 540 pm. People who didnt have appointments were seen before me. Why do you have appointments available if you are not going to honor them? Duly should have more PAs and doctors to accommodate all the patients. There seemed to be a lot of assistants but not enough providers who can diagnose and prescribe.

Updating my review to 04 stars, just because We had one really bad experience should not overshadow all the other good experiences we had at this facility. Nursing, admin staff is excellent and almost all Doctors show intent on genuinely caring for patients.
Original Review:
Dr. Shah has zero communication or expertise when it comes to diagnosing kids, he was rude and just looked at the patient for 02 seconds before sending us away. As part of medical licensing exam you do have to pass a verbal communications exam; I am pretty sure Dr. Shah failed that with flying colors.
If you are this bad with kids or have too much workload then you should stop checking Child patients; period.
