If I could break-up this review I'd give Adam and his wife, Jill, 5-stars. Unfortunately, the subcontracting crew that came to install the fence would receive < 3-stars. I really appreciate the above and beyond Jill and Adam did for us. We picked TOWN over 4 other quotes due to Adam's openness, candidness, and transparency during the quoting process. Plus, my dad and I throughly researched the fence and found the Echleon to be the better option of the two brands we were looking at. When we were about to make the final decision, Adam repriced the fence and made it much more competitive with another offer we were considering. He put up with my monthly (or even more, once the yard started getting marked for sewer and electrical) emails on the status of the Aluminum fence pieces. We have received so many compliments on the fence. And, it's given us an ease of mind with our almost 4-month old puppy who needs the secure space to run around However, If you are doing this for the first time and first-time home owners, like we are, I'd recommend talking through and asking questions about what's included in the whole process and service. Unfortunately, we had a bit of back and forth about the clean-up from digging the post holes. I should have asked Adam to have the crew come back clean up the start of the conversation. However, instead we tried taking on that responsibility and that caused more unnecessary stress for all parties. Luckily, he was able to get the crew come back and hull away as much as they could from what was left in the yard. I saw another review mention a similar situation we went through. I'm curious if they also went with the aluminum fence and had the same subcontracting crew come to their place. We did have plastic back, screws, bags of screws and some metal left throughout the yard. Which caused some additional frustration just from having to chase down the puppy to get it out of his mouth, because he found would find things before we could. In addition, the crew wasn't as communicative as I would have like them to be. They didn't give us any status updates outside of letting us know they were there the first day. Regardless, Adam and Jill were apologetic about the situation. Adam said he'd have a talk with the crew that came about the trash left around the yard and even had them fix a spot on the fence that was a bit uneven/short on one side on the panel. Jill even stopped by to pick up the final check and took a quick look at the fence. Again, they went the extra mile and I am very appreciative of that. Service: Aluminum fence

Adam and his crew did an amazing job! We love our new fence. Their crew were all very professional, polite and the service was excellent. Their prices were also much better than other estimates. We couldn’t be happier with our fence, I highly recommend them.

I was shopping around for a fence contractor, and was disappointed with the results, until I came across Town ... Adam was very professional and prompt throughout the entire process. A couple of minor issues came up, which is to be expected with every home improvement, and Adam and his team were on point. Beautiful fence, high quality work, fair pricing and very professional. Don't shop around like i did, just choose Town! Service: Wood fence
