We have had the pleasure of doing business with Michael for the past 10 years. Starting with purchase of a house for our son, in which to live during graduate school; through rental of said house to multiple tenants; to the sale of sale of said house this month. He has always been extremely responsive to every question and provided outstanding service, from finding local contractors for repairs, to keeping us informed about the condition of the property and screening prospective tenants. Michael Cirone was a seller agent for our home in Dekalb Illinois. He was well prepared in his evaluation on price to list our home by using many criteria that were relevant to the house. He helped us negotiate to get a good price for our property. My husband and I had sold three houses and Michael is the best seller agent we ever worked with.
