Last couple times I was seen for check-ups I felt pretty brushed-off and doctors seem to literally shrug and suggest issues that have been ongoing for months will hopefully go away on their own. More recently I cant see someone when I am sick. The doctor appointments are weeks out. Urgent/immeadiate care says no appointments and to try virtual. Virtual appointments say there are none available and to try an in-office visit. This was the same a month ago when my toddler was quite sick outside of doctors office hours. We feel like we are on our own.

It's not the staff, but the way this office operates makes it very difficult to 1. get to someone to speak to (it takes about 2 min to just get through listening to the preliminary message and this is required to proceed. and 2. when someone is reached, receive call backs and satisfactory response to one's needs. If my father were not as old as he is, we would definitely be pursuing a different medical practice.

Doctor is fantastic however, trying to get ahold of someone is difficult and then trying to get an appointment with the pcp is a ridiculous wait - booked weeks out. Last time I was told to go to urgent care by Laurie the nurse and found out after sitting at urgent care for an hour that they should have never sent me there because they don't do blood work or what I needed to have done. (Urgent Care said they have expressed this to the PCPs offices as well) So then its a game of going back and forth.
I am a medical assistant and the care that I have received by the nurse and lack of contact is not acceptable.
