Elizabeth Wray design is the WORST Florist in the whole town of Geneva. She did my daughter's wedding on September 9, 2016 at Riverside Receptions. Let me tell everyone what happened that day or shall we say the week leading up to her wedding. My husband and I came in during that week to make our final payment to her and at this time I asked her if she could show my husband some pictures of what the centerpieces would look like, and she said NO i don't have any pictures to show you. So I ask her are those the clear vase you are going to use for the wedding and she said yes they are.. Also asked her with my husband standing right next to me if she was going to be present the day of the wedding? And she said "Of course I will be there to over see and make sure everything is done as we discussed.( let me tell you Brides, get everything VERY detailed to how many Roses, colors of everything etc, because our contract was very vague, even our credit card company said this, so we can't dispute any charges). Well low and behold Elizabeth Wray DID NOT show up the day of our daughter's wedding. My daughter's wedding should have been here first priority that day, but obviously wasn't. She even forgot to include the boutonniere for my husband, my daughter's father in law and the groom, ( but didn't charge us for this) AGAIN SCATTERBRAINED AND DIDN'T INCLUDE THIS AND WRITE IT DOWN! On our daughter's wedding day the ceremony was suppose to be in the courtyard with a beautiful 3 tier iron gate, (used by Riverside) and she was to decorate this with draping foliage, greenery, flowers and branches, again promising this to be as she stated stunning. Well unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it had to be held inside the hall. So Elizabeth Claims that I was yelling and screaming at her crew ( which i was not, Tina at Riverside vouched for me) that there was not enough time to do it as planned. My job that day was to be the Mother of the bride along with my husband getting our pictures taken and NOT looking at the weather report. THIS IS WY WE PAID ELIZABETH WRAY THE BIG BUCKS TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS AS SHE PUTS IT AND SAID DON'T WORRY ABOUT A THING THAT DAY WE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU, JUST ENJOY. So Elizabeth wasn't there to have her crew make enough time to do her alter the way it should have been done and we paid a lot of money for this ! and the centerpieces from her were NOT CLEAR VASES, THEY WERE SOME UGLY SILVER VASES THAT MY DAUGHTER HATED AND AS FAR AS THE PICTURES OF THE CENTERPIECES BEING FLOWING DOWN WITH GREENERY THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. IN FACT HER CREW WERE STILL PUTTING THE THE BRANCHES INTO THE CENTERPIECES WHEN GUEST WERE ALREADY PRESENT, SO OUR PHOTOGRAPHER COULDN'T GET A NICE PICTURE OF THE TABLES AND THE HALL BEFORE PEOPLE ARRIVED. I TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS BY CALLING HER AFTER THE WEDDING AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. WELL THIS IS OVER A MONTH LATER. I said i would not write any nasty or rude reviews until we came to some sort of a agreement. WELL ELIZABETH I'M DONE WAITING FOR MY PHONE TO RING BECAUSE I KNOW YOU ARE NOT A PERSON OF YOUR WORD. SO MY ADVISE TO ALL YOU GENEVA BRIDES AND EVEN THE ONES WHO ARE NOT GENEVA BRIDES, FIND ANOTHER FLORIST, SHE'S SNEAKING, SHE LIES TO YOUR FACE, AND GIVES LOTS OF BROKEN PROMISES!!! IN OUR BOOK SHE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR AND ITS A SHAME, WE THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING THE BEST OF THE BEST, INSTEAD WE GOT THE WORSE OF THE WORSE!!!! MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND SAID I BET JEWEL/OSCO COULD HAVE DONE THE SAME JOB FOR A LOT LESS.... AND YOU KNOW I THINK YOU'RE RIGHT! BRIDES BEWARE OF THE ELIZABETH WRAY CONS !!!

"Gorgeous, Stunning, and unlike anything I have ever seen" were the compliments that I received from my guests about the flowers and decor for my wedding. Elizabeth Wray and her staff went above and beyond every step of the way to help execute my wedding and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They were always prompt responding to emails and phone calls, had abundant ideas to make to wedding unlike anyone else's and executed my wedding flawlessly. In my initial meeting with Elizabeth, she asked lots of questions about my preferences and vision for my wedding. We combed through pictures of different bouquets and chose elements that I liked from each one. Thankfully, Elizabeth knew the church that I was getting married in (She was married in the same one!), so when talking about the decor she already knew the layout and feel of the church. One of my favorite ideas that she came up with was using mercury glass vases and having candlelight on each window-well. Since my wedding was in December, this added a feeling of warmth to the quaint, picturesque church. Also, I can not rave enough about Elizabeth Wray and her staff! From negotiating with the church to move Christmas decorations, making sure my dress was perfectly "fluffed" at all times, to even giving me THEIR OWN jacket while waiting outside before walking down the aisle so that I didn't have goosebumps. Elizabeth and her staff went above and beyond and made my dream wedding a reality! Thank you ladies for all of your hard work- it truly showed and I couldn't be more thankful for everything that you added to my wedding day :)
