They never answer the phone, respond to emails, or care if they get an answer to you. You have to chase them to get an answer. Charging late fees without even telling you. The worst.

They don't respond to residents inquires at all. Poor management and total disregard or proper management of ANY type of residence.

Very rude and nasty unprofessional individuals . When an individual who is paying an assessment has an issue and the individual who is paid to deal With the issues in the area hangs up the phone and several home owners have had issues its time to look into why are these people managing your property . Becky is very nasty and isnt helpful whatsoever . This is just an individual who takes money and never helps to fix any situation whatsoever . Several homeowners have complained but these are the people you choose to pay . This is by far the most idiotic thing I have ever witnessed and I would not advise anyone to ever live in an area that is operated under a property management company that does no repairs whatsoever all they do is take your monthly payments and two you something s your fault and you need to fix it even though its stated in writing that certain things have to be fixed .
