It has been a month and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Order didn't show up for TWO HOURS, and every time we called we were either put on hold or given a lie why we couldn't have our order. They even told us they couldn't find our apartment despite living in a house with my parents on the porch with the lights on a glowstick on the mailbox. We live in a corner house that they have delivered to before. We didn't see the car even come near our house. I told them I want a refund, they told me there was no way to validate if our refund will come. Spoiler alert! Never did! 40 dollars and no food, and given the ring around by a very rude manager. Do yourself a favour and save your money.

Waited for 20 minutes to have a server take our order or even ask what we wanted to drink... no one else was in the restaurant... ordered a kids meal personal pan with one topping and a drink, said a cheese pizza w/ black olives didn’t fall under those guidelines... brought the child’s (18 mo old) drink in a regular glass with no lid, told that’s all they have... had to go to the register to ask for straws, was rudely told they were in the napkins she gave us, two napkins for three people... when I said they were not she rolled her eyes and handed me the straws... we have now been here 1 hour and 15 and they just got our pizzas up... needless to say we are taking them with us ... the manager in duty tried to say they are running a 23 min production time so I guess we should’ve had 3 orders by now
