Jared was very professional and gave great information on the inspection report. Is extremely thorough with his inspections and can explain everything in a way that is very easy to understand. Highly recommend him for anyone that is needing a home inspection!

Jared inspected a property that I was intending to buy (which I did purchase, in the end), he was incredibly nice, professional, detail-oriented, and patient with all of the questions I had about the property. I'd highly recommend HomeSpec and Jared Wilson if you ever need a property inspected! The inspection report was sent to me very quickly after the inspection took place, and its details aligned perfectly with and expanded upon what Jared had told me during the inspection itself. Again, I'd highly recommend HomeSpec, and Jared specifically, for anybody looking for a home inspector and I fully intend on using their services again when I look to purchase another property!
