Listen. I've taken a good 4-6 shoes to him and yeah, he wasn't like the super nicest person ever , but the work he did was done of the best I've ever had. He's rebuilt the heels on worn down prairie boots, he's resoled the same pair or boots twice , he's patched up holes in the tip of shoes. Just come with cash, be a clear and patient communicator and he'll do wonders on your shoes.

Hartmann no longer seems to offer simple repair services for its luggage. I had a broken zipper and calls to Hartmann retailers were not helpful. I was so pleased this store was able to repair the zipper at a reasonable cost within days. They were even able to keep the original Hartmann zipper pulls so the suitcase looks completely original. Awesome!

I'm can't figure out what they did but my leather boots are better than ever, somehow they even fit better.

Took my favorite limited edition Tate edition Dr. Martens to this place to have the sole repaired. I was planning to simply Krazy Glue the platform of the sole back together but I did not want to risk damaging the leather so I figured I’d better take them into a professional and this guy at that shop completely disgraced my boots and got glue all over the sole and even on the leather where there is a visible portion of the image printed on the boot completely stripped away. Honestly, I am not one to leave negative reviews however, this was completely unacceptable. When I went back into inquire about at least getting my ten bucks back, the same guy got irate and started swearing, practically pushing me out of the store. What a horrid experience and one that I hope will at least serve as a warning to all other prospective patrons.
