you have a problem with a neighbor on the top floor and the office does not help to solve it just say that because I do not buy my house so you can refer the place if you can not live like that with every night noise

If I could I would give this filthy dirty crooked no good of a company 0 stars. I been living in Glenwood green apartments for almost 3 yrs now. Since this new company kenzie came in they have made my stay a living hell. First off i was 1 day late after the 5 day grace period and they sent me a eviction proceeding letter and I let them know I've already paid ot and told them my son fell down these loose staircase and they sent me a non renewal letter. The senior supervisor is disrespectful. she said "If it wasn't for your son living their we would take further action' but how could she if Im still under contract. Listen they are slum lords and they will harass you over a day late. I got bit by a poison spider. I recommend no one to use this company. They all have nasty attitudes. Moldy smelly hallways, loose staircases and roaches.
