I needed a EU country passport photo and received very professional service. The photographer was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the correct photo. He also cut the photo down to size and ensured that both copies met the requirements. Overall, I had a great experience - I found the photographer to be friendly, competent, and engaged.

Terrible service. I told the photographer/desk clerk that my advisor had reviewed the photos he took of me for my work visa and found them to be of low quality/cut poorly with white borders showing. The result was him yelling at me and telling me he has been in the country for “34 years”. He was also refusing to give me a refund or better quality photos. I will not be coming back again needless to say.
