In August 2021 it was my turn to endure the time honored experience for home ownership that is a flooded basement. The water was wall to wall and ankle deep in places. Fortunately my insurance agent let me know that I had partial coverage for my losses.
Even more fortunately, I connected with Rick Hammell as the contractor who modified and rebuilt my basement to a greatly improved design, look, and feel.
In short, Rick delivered everything that a contractor should: continuous progress everyday, qualified and skilled trades people, constant attention to detail, the ability to modify plans real-time, as well as an ability to address my specific needs as a stressed out homeowner wanting to quickly recover from this event.

Rick and his team were friendly and professional. Great communication throughout the process. He and his team assembled a bookcase, tv stand, and rowing machine. They also mounted several pieces of art. The work looks excellent. They had a reasonable rate and overall, working with them was a great experience.
